Pavithrotsavam is a ritual as ordained in the Agamas to glorify sAnnithyam and amend various shortcomings, if any that might have occurred during the performance of day to day rituals at the temple over a year.
Thiruppullani Sri Adhi Jagannatha Perumal Koil annual Pavithrotsavam took place between August 18 and 20, 2017. On this gracious occasion, Veedhi purappadu took place with parayana ghosthi and was followed by homam and Poornahuthi.
