Thirunaraiyur (Nachiyar Kovil) Sri Vanjulavalli Thayar sametha Sri Srinivasa Perumal Thirukalyana Utsavam was celebrated grandly on August 28, 2017; Hevilambi Avani Visakam. Perumal and Thayar were in Maatru Sevai. Maatru sevai is famous in the thondai mandalam, where Perumal takes Thayar’s form and Thayar in Perumal’s form. Many Astikas took part in the utsavam and received the blessings of Perumal and Thayar.
