As part of the annual pavitrotsavam at Thirumaliruncholai (Madurai) Sri Kalazhagar Divya Desam, 108 kalasa thirumanjanam was performed on September 2, 2017 (Hevilambi Avani Pooradam). Thirumanajnam was performed with sandal,milk, curd, honey, flowers and various different aromatic herbs. Several astikas took part in the utsavam and received the blessings of Sri Kalazhagar.
