Yesterday, 28 November,2014, Jaya Karthikai Thiruvonam; Sahasradeepotsavam took place at Srimath Pundarikapuram Andavan Ashramam Desikan Sannadhi, Uthira Veedhi, Srirangam. In the evening 1000 Lamps ( Sahasara Deepam) lit by streegal inside the sannadhi , Sri Hayagreevar, Sri Andal and Swami Desikan Asthanam at the mandapam. The inside and outside of the sannadhi was filling the place with twinkling lights glowing beautifully everywhere.Lot of astikas took part in the sahasara deepam and had the blessings of Perumal.
