Dhaniya Dry coriander 2 Spoons
Milagu Pepper 1 Spoon
Thuvaramparuppu Toor dhal 1 Spoon
Milagai Red chillies 2 nos.
Jeeragam Cuminseeds 1 Spoon
All the above things should be fried and powdered
Neer mor Thin buttermilk 0.500 ml
Manjalpodi Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
UPPU Salt to taste
Perungayam Asafoetida one pinch
Kariveppilai Curry leaves a few

Steps

– Mix turmeric powder, salt, asafoetida with buttermilk, keep on slow fire.
– Add the powder, mix, just heat and remove. Do not boil. Add curry leaves
